Rivo is a smart trainer that delivers it all in terms of precision and connectivity: it's quiet and connects to all the most-used cycling training apps via Bluetooth®, Wi-Fi, and Zwift Protocol BLE, with automatic resistance control on climbs up to 18%.
It provides calculated power with an accuracy of ±2.5%, and with Wi-Fi connectivity, it automatically searches for and installs firmware updates.

Elite’s new entry-level trainer is born from a simple idea: making indoor cycling easy at every stage of training.
Rivo is lightweight, compact, and easy to carry and store, with foldable legs and a convenient integrated handle to make every move simpler.

Quick and easy to install with your bike, it creates your ideal setup from the start. Designed to be intuitive for anyone, even first-time indoor cyclists.

The legs are lightweight and fold easily, taking up less space when storing or transporting the trainer.

The integrated handle is conveniently placed to make transport fast and effortless before and after every ride.

Maximum connectivity with Wi-Fi built in

With Wi-Fi connectivity added to the Bluetooth® protocol, Rivo connects to your home network for faster, more stable data transmission. A connection that makes the trainer even more responsive, even during the most intense race phases on training apps.

Wi-Fi supports 2.4 GHz networks and allows the trainer to automatically detect and install firmware updates. Configuration is required only once by following the setup guide. After that, the system will automatically check for new firmware updates, with no manual action required.

Once paired, Rivo reconnects to the Wi-Fi network every time it is powered on.


Your data, in sync: interval recovery and Supertuck

Rivo is designed to support you through every phase of your workout with precision and consistency.

The Easy Start function helps you resume intervals after pausing the pedals, with no jolts or power drops—just a smooth return to your previous effort.

With the Supertuck function, the trainer instantly drops the power reading as soon as you stop pedaling. This allows Zwift to immediately detect the lack of force and automatically activate your avatar’s aero position.


Dual-channel Bluetooth® and Bridge functions for heart rate monitors and cadence sensors

Rivo features dual-channel Bluetooth®, allowing you to connect two Bluetooth® devices simultaneously, such as a cycling computer while connected to your training app.

Thanks to its Bridge feature, you can connect a heart rate monitor or cadence sensor to the trainer and send the data to your app through a single FTMS BLE connection.

This is especially useful on Apple TV, which supports a maximum of two Bluetooth Smart sensors at the same time.



Train wherever you want

Rivo offers two stand-alone modes, allowing you to train anywhere—even without app connection or power.

If powered but not connected to software, you can pre-set a gradient up to +18% via the My E-Training app, and it will be maintained offline.

If not powered or connected, you can use the app beforehand to set one of 16 resistance levels, perfect for outdoor training sessions.

Make the most of indoor tech

Rivo automatically adjusts resistance to simulate gradients up to 18%, making every climb feel realistic.

You can pair it with Rizer, Elite’s gradient simulator with integrated steering that moves your bike up and down to deliver the full sensation of indoor riding.

Complete your setup with Aria, the smart fan that adjusts airflow intensity based on your training data—for a more immersive and authentic pedaling experience.


Square. A setup that changes your training

Rivo is also compatible with Square, Elite’s smart frame with advanced virtual shifting, allowing you to replicate your outdoor bike down to the finest detail.

To connect it, just remove the cassette you normally use with training apps and mount the frame directly onto the trainer. In just a few moments, you're ready for a fully personalized workout—as if you were on your real bike. Square offers seven adjustment points for saddle, handlebar, top tube, and crank arms.

You can also share it with other users, with up to five configurable profiles in the app, each with its own gear, chainring, and cassette setup.


Compatible with all bikes and apps

Rivo is compatible with all bikes and Shimano®/SRAM 9/10/11-speed cassettes, Shimano® 12-speed road, SRAM SX 12-speed, and SRAM NX 12-speed. Includes adapters for Quick Release Ø 5x130-135 and Thru Axle Ø 12x142. Additional adapters sold separately: Thru Axle Ø 10x135-12x135 (code 1014306), Boost Ø 12x148 (code 1014303).
